Over the time I have connected with pure hearted individuals who all have the same goal in mind and that is to establish generational wealth for their families! The trucking industry has increased drastically in the last few years, and so has the price of trucks! For an individual to purchase a truck and get fully established in the trucking industry, they must have a pretty decent amount of money! For an individual to own several trucks it will take several years! To start a truck driving school it takes individuals who will be well rounded in different areas of the school. If each member pitch in to accomplish our goals, it would save money for all the members on board!
For let’s say there 6 members:
Cost for the land is $30,000 for 5 acres, if each member gather $5,000 each, we will all own, 5 acres of land! No one individual could sell the property without all members, consenting and agreeing!
Mobile Homes are expensive for one individual as well, Let’s say we started out with a small mobile home roughly about $15,000. If each member split the cost that will be $2,500, but now we have the office!
The cost to clear off the land is on an average,
¼ acre$125 - $1,400=$233 per member
½ acre$250 - $2,800=$466 per member
1 acre$500 - $5,600= $933 per member
2 acres$1,000 - $11,200=1866 per member
3 acres$1,500 - $16,800=$2800 per member
4 acres$2,000 - $22,400=$3,733 per member
5 acres$1,250 - $28,000=$4,666 per member
So now we have 5 cleared off acres, 1 mobile office and a place to station our trucks for those of us that have 18 wheelers.
Each board member that showed interest so far own at 1 truck. That’s 6 trucks already!
